It Starts Today


Wow...

When you look at pictures of yourself from the past it is mind blowing.

Have I made progress?   Uh, yeah...  but I need to make more.




Current:
Blood Sugar: 150
Waist: 40
BF: 30%
Weight: 250


Goal:
Blood Sugar: 100
Waist: 32"
BF: 15%
Weight: 185


Motivation:

Losing my health
Losing my mind
Losing my relationships


Plan:

I am going to stick to 1,500 -2,000 calories per day.  It's always been the target but I flat out have not been doing it



The sugar is breaking my body down in catastrophic ways




I have been working out so hard and planning but I need to execute.    At 43 years of age, my time is now to experience this.
